School Construction

NEIO's school construction model involves working closely with the local community to secure the best resources to assist with the school construction. The building model keeps the local community involoved through all the various phases of the construction. The local community is required to provide the land for the school along with cash contributions and labour for building the school.

We verify the structural integrity of the building, making sure that it's earthqake proof and that it can withstand the monsoon rains. We also educate the locals on the maintenence and upkeep of the building. We aim to keep admistration costs within 8% of the schools construction budget.
